Wow. Horrible business to work with. They sold us an item and it was wrong item. They said they would order the right one and it would arrive in 3 days. They lied and 3 weeks later still did not come in. They told us 4x it would come. When we went to return they said we could not. They are liars and their manager Chris should deliver papers for a living, not be a manager. We are now going to make sure we make sure everyone knows of our experience and takes it as a fair warning they are NOT an honest business to do work with.... read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES. Sold me Non-Verizon Phones!!! Lied directly to my face about plan changes and phones. I wouldn't be surprised if Verizon stops them from doing business. Just because it says Verizon on the sign doesn't mean they are a Premium Verizon Dealer. Only go to an Authorized Premium Dealer!!!!

My word of warning is know exactly what you want before you walk into that store. That was my mistake, saying I know nothing about data plans, etc. I had my heart set on a certain phone that he himself recommended to me a couple of weeks before, when I was in on a scouting mission, and when I got there he said not to buy that one, buy this one, it's new; blah, blah blah. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OVER ALL OTHERS!!! THE MANAGER RANDY IS VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL. HE ACTUALLY BEAT THE PRICES AT THE CORPORATE STORES!! ALSO, HE HELPED ME SET UP ALL OF MY E-MAIL ACCOUNTS ON MY NEW PHONE (EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT KNOW SOME OF THE PASSWORDS). RANDY THEN GAVE ME A MOBILE HOTSPOT FOR FREE AND HELPED SHOW ME HOW IT WORKS, SO NOW I CAN USE MY LAP-TOP AND MY IPAD WHEREVER I AM INSTEAD OF JUST USING THEM AT HOME. DON'T GO WAIT IN LINE FOR HOURS AT A CORPORATE STORE, I KNOW I WON'T.....
