I needed a new phone and worked with Eddie, who was extremely efficient in transferring everything over. He's a real pro and I could tell I was in good hands. He knew the answer to every single one of my questions, and made the stressful experience of getting a new phone really easy. He also let me stay in the store as long as I needed after my phone was set up so I could make sure everything was working and ask questions if I needed to. When I went there, three people were working, and although I worked primarily with Eddie, all of the sales associates were so helpful in answering any questions I had!
