This is hands down the best Verizon store experience I've ever had! I walked in and was immediately helped by Dashawn, the manager, even though he was quite busy. He quickly and succinctly walked me through my options for a phone upgrade, and he made the entire process easy. I also watched him solve problems for customers who had first been to other Verizon stores, where the staffs must have made some mistakes.
