Eugene did an excellent job, with my old phone.even though he had with my old phone. On top of that, wanted Verizon internet and TV service, but was not able asto get it due to the fact that too many neighbors alread had it. Will wait patiently for that to change. All in all service was excellent.
I had the very best service !!! He was kind- respectful- went out of his way to explain every thing in terms in terms I understood!!! What a great representation for Verizon! Hang on DeVante King- Jackson!!! I will come back to store and recommend it to family and friends!!

DeVante was fantastic! He was kind, helpful and had a great attitude. I previously went to the Verizon store at 26th & Superior and had a bad experience. Hence the need to go back k to Verizon, for something as simple as a screen protector that I was never asked about at the other store.
