I worked with Jeremiah. I was already exhausted from dealing with online/over the phone reps. I am SO glad I decided to go into the store. He helped me take care for my order and leave with what I needed that day, versus having to wait up to 24 hours to get what I needed. Not only did Jeremiah help me with what I came in for, he was able to save me money by getting several apps through Verizon instead of me paying for them each at full price.
