Going to Wireless World is like getting help from a friend. Always greeted when we walk in the door always makes sure we get our questions answered. I prefer this store to a Verizon brand store. The service is quicker and just as knowledgeable. Want to give kudos to Bryce for calling him me when my watch came in.

Bryce was excellent very personable and professional better experience there then what I had last time. You need more workers like Bryce because of him I will come back.
The only Verizon store I actually felt listened to. Bryce quiickly solved my issues and he was, very informative and helpful. I will always go to the store on 84th st. From now on . Best service Ever that I've had at Verizon and I have had them for like 12-15 years.Bryce was knowledgable of his job. HE WAS AMAZING!!!
