Alec was the definition of CS, friendly and very knowledgeable.
Nathan did a great job. Buying and switching phones is never a “quick” process but he was able to multi task through it all and even brought over a device to be able to watch the Vikings while finishing up getting our phones and home internet all set up. A + Customer service #skol
Issac was exceptionally helpful. Our older iPhone stopped working. Issac did some troubleshooting, and I ultimately bought a new iPhone. It was the easiest migration to a new iPhone I’ve ever had.
I recently damaged my phone during a fall and needed to trade it in for a new one. Rayne, the representative who helped me, did an excellent job of explaining the process involved and of setting up a new phone for me. He was very professional, polite and efficient.
