Ramzee at Verizon was so amazing. I brought my elderly father in to add him to my line and Ramzee not only went above and beyond to get our needs met, he was incredibly patient with my dad, who was having an off day. He spoke directly to my dad and was so patient and kind. I already like my service with Verizon and have always had an amazing experience in store but I cannot say enough how appreciative I was today with my experience and how grateful I am that Ramzee helped us!!!
