Jake has always been so great when working with our family! Julian stepped in and took over when the store got busy, and he was fabulous as well!! We appreciate how thorough and thoughtful every store employee is about our needs. We are so happy to have so many great people to work with at Wireless World!
Great experience at wireless world! Will not go back to corporate store. At wireless world they will offer to transfer the data from your old phone to your new. Feels much more welcoming in the store. They have the best customer service. Sometimes there is a wait but it is completely worth it. They are friendly and polite, just the best!
Very impressed with this store and staff. Based on my experience with other locations in the area, this one stands out by far. Julien was very friendly and helpful, and the service was fast and efficient. The level of customer care here was noticeably better compared to nearby stores. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to others!
