This Verizon was very helpful. They took alot of time helping me set up the parental controls on my teens phone. The young lady with beautiful long nails was such an amazing help.

Had the unfortunate luck to be “helped” by an exceptionally rude worker at this store. I go there because they help me and I am not technology smart. Anyways, I go in close to closing and say I want to pay a bill because my phone isn’t working. She seemed to not want to help me, then asked if it would be quick. It should have been.
