I have came to a final decision about this Verizon phone business. If you want to be lied to over and over again and promised things that they know they can never deliver on then please visit this store. I wish that had a negative star in this posting process. I have talked to 5 total people at this store and none of them would tell the truth. They all lied. And would never say they did so and make it right. Please rethink about giving your business to them.
