Joel and Isaac were soo helpful in getting my phone and iPad up and running snd email straightened out. They were professional, down to earth and I felt they truly cared in my problem with the email! Always saying “we”ll be right with you if another customer entered the store while working with me.
Isaac deserves much higher than a 5...he is very patient, very detailed, and takes his time in explaining every thing to an individual who is far from being tech minded...Isaac would deserve a rating closer to a 10...
