The representative who usually assists me is friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. We enjoy catching up and sharing a few laughs while she efficiently solves any problems with my phone, updates my technology, and makes sure my billing is accurate and up to date. She turns what could be a frustrating errand into a genuinely enjoyable experience. I’m always very pleased with the excellent service she provides! 😊
