Dimitri and the staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They will not try to upcharge you or sell you something that you do not need. I strongly recommend these folks for any PC or Cell Phone repairs as well purchasing PC's or Cell Phones. Super happy with the service.
I went to see Dimitri due to having problems with my phone with ongoing pop up advertisements and my main screens being reconfigured. Dimitri took the time to solve the problem and educate me on a few things. He definitely knows his stuff. So helpful and informative. This was my first visit and will definitely go back to Dimitri for future help with our cell phones and computers. Highly recommend Wireless World Canada.
Attention SENIORS, and everyone else! This is the place to go to for extremely attentive customer service and very reasonably priced repairs. I dropped my cell phone last week (I couldn't see any cracks) and it started glitching badly, not allowing me to use it at all. I waited 4 days before deciding what to do. I am definitely not tech savvy and I couldn't afford a new phone. Listen all the positive reviews are true. Dimitri is the salt of the earth and an awesome personality to do business with. Don’t give your hard earned dollars to the large corporations, and bring your business to someone within the community. I can’t recommend this shop enough.
The gentleman here was a godsend. Was able to fix my husband’s phone and transfer data when I was told by another service provider that it couldn’t be done. Thank you for helping out a lady in distress! Your store will always be my go to tec place!
