Staff is friendly but be careful of up selling. I bought a Gadget guard to help protect my phone and was told it has a lifetime warranty. Less than a week later it had cracked, when I went to get a new one I learned about the fine print 'Free replacement' requires you to go to the website and pay $4.95 shipping and handling. When a store sells me something with a lifetime guarantee I expect the retail store to handle the replacement. Next time I will just buy my accessories online.
