I have had 3 phones purchased/activated here in the past few months for myself and family members and the service here is amazing. The crew is both extremely knowledgeable and honest. I went in there ready and expecting to pay much more yet they found ways to save me hundreds of dollars which is unheard of in this industry. This store under its current ownership with Sean has my business for life.

Sean Firada the owner was rude and disrespectful. He sold me a phone that didn't work from the moment I opened it and when I went back to the store 6 times to get a replacement phone and i was told Sean was the only one able to process that and get me a loaner phone yet he was out running personal errands and they were unsure when he would be in again. So finally today when I came in he was finally there and I explained my issues with the phone and he told me that if I wanted to get it replaced I would have to leave my phone there and they would send one to me in 8 weeks and they WILL not give me a loaner phone for the inconvenience. So I told Sean that that's unacceptable and they need to make it right now since I have been in here 6 times for nothing. So Sean replied with f*$# you get the f#$* out or ill beat your a$$ this is horrible customer service especially from an owner. I will be calling corporate and reporting this to the BBB. Thanks Sean for a horrible experience with your company and I will be telling everyone I know about this.

I recently cracked the screen on the brand new LG G2 I had for 2 days, after calling around to nearly every phone repair shop in Phoenix, I found this store to have the lowest price. It cost me $120 to replace my screen. I had shops quoting me $140-$220 to replace my screen. Aside from them have the LOWEST PRICE IN PHOENIX, I received EXCELLENT customer service, super fast repair, and their shop has just about ANYTHING you need, for any phone, and for any service. After they made the Repair to my LG I informed the Repair technician I needed to buy a protective case, and he was kind enough to give me one for FREE with my repair. (Cases aren't cheap, $15-35) I would highly recommend wireless toyz, and if I need any service done my mobile devices, I will be returning.
