Yesterday, i got my screen fixed it took 10 minutes and I was pretty happy. Later that night the phone was in a start up loop and wouldnt turn on. I went back and explained the issue. I also asked for my money back because i was just going to get another phone. They stated they would check the phone and figure it out and come back in 35 mins. When we came back they put in a new battery, and gave me a new back to phone and only charged me a small amount for the battery. It wasnt their fault my phone wasnt working but they too... read more
Got a screen replacement for a Pixel 6 Pro. Decided on the aftermarket option to save $100. Took 5 minutes to replace but after a couple days the screen went green, barely usable. Went back to the store and they fixed the issue by replacing a faulty replacement screen with a new aftermarket. Sounded like their vendor doesn't offer refunds, kind of feel bad for the guy. But they went above and beyond to take care of the customer. My 2nd repair with this location and had a good experience both times.
