I would give zero stars if that were an option, this place was absolutely awful. From start to finish, my experience was filled with dishonesty, unprofessional behavior, and downright rude treatment. I came in to have my phone screen replaced, and they claimed to have done the job. However, the screen began malfunctioning almost immediately, raising serious doubts about whether they actually replaced it or just did a poor-quality job. Their repairs are trash.
DO NOT HAVE REPAIRS DONE HERE!!!! I paid $321 on 3/7/25 to replace the screen on my Galaxy S23 Ultra. My phone is lavender in color, but they installed a screen that has black edges so my phone looks absolutely ridiculous now. That's not why I'm giving them a 1 star review though- the reason for the poor review is because they didn't even install the ugly black screen properly! It was so poorly installed that it only lasted 51 days before I noticed a tiny chip in the screen that has slowly started to spider web. I paid $321 ... read more
