My wife’s iPhone 13 Pro Max had the typical broken back glass, arrived at the store to have it replaced. After the back swap was complete we left shortly afterwards, by the time we arrived back home the phone was extremely hot, front camera had stopped working, and the screen is loose to the back section. I will never be returning for and services at this store.
I would give zero stars if that were an option, this place was absolutely awful. From start to finish, my experience was filled with dishonesty, unprofessional behavior, and downright rude treatment. I came in to have my phone screen replaced, and they claimed to have done the job. However, the screen began malfunctioning almost immediately, raising serious doubts about whether they actually replaced it or just did a poor-quality job.
