The worst customers service ever! It's been a month since I started a return for the cell phone I bought (which is all but not 'Like New" as described) and we are still at the beginning! I've been sending them numerous emails and they just do not respond. Very disappointed!
Cannot get them to respond to a call, chat or email. It has been 2 weeks and nothing despite their advertisement of 24-48 hours response. And they advertise a wrong number. Feels sketchy.
