I had an issue with my laptop. I brought it into the store. The gentleman took a few minutes and gave me a fair assessment. Very knowledgeable and quick service.
New review: I went in on the 21st because my phone overheated and went black. I told the front guy that I was moving this week and I needed them to figure out what the issue was asap. I came back and the guy in the back told me my brightness was just down and made me feel like an idiot. Then I go to make a call a day later and my top speaker isn’t working, I can’t use my front camera, and I can’t use voice notes. Took about an hour and the phone was like brand new again!
Nice employees and good repairs but I took my phone there a month or two ago and just discovered my sim tray is missing after taking off my phone case and no one else has had my phone and I don’t recall it missing previously so I think it was not put back in my phone and now probably in the trash so that kinda sucks. Good thing I have an eSIM but still, I shouldn’t have to pay for a replacement.
