I've ordered something at this company and got charged twice for the same item. They don't have a phone number listed on their website so it makes it hard to reach them. I found the number on a different site afterall and called. the lady on the phone was very snappy and said that she will reverse the secound charge, she did not say sorry, If you ask me, this company does that regularly in the hope that the costomer will notice.
