As legit as you can get, guy didn't want to even charge me for the cleaning because it was unlikely to fix it. Turns out the light cleaning actually fixed it and it sounds a lot better. Glad I tipped
Shout out to diab ( sorry if I got the name wrong) he took care of my iPhone 13 the same day I had damaged it I was worried I would have to get a new phone but he saved me money !
