Excellent customer service,
Mason had my husband phone all day Saturday (11am-5pm) just to tell us it’s fixed but he can’t allow us to leave with the phone because it has to be cleared by a system that’s down. And the system will not be up until Monday. We call all morning Monday , finally a worker name Maria answers whom says it’s her FIRST day at the store and doesn’t know much but is at the store by herself.
