If I could give Gary negative stars I would! Save yourself the headache and don’t go to this place. I was referred here from the insurance provider for my cell phone provider for repair. This guy Gary was absolutely horrible, called me 15 min before my appointment trying to steer me away from coming, I still showed up gave him my phone, he kept it for over 2 hours to do absolutely nothing! I brought my Note 20 Ultra here to replace the screen, he also replace the battery and the weak charging port (cable wasn’t clicking in), now it’s all brand new. This is my new go to.

My iPhone would not turn on so I went to cell phone repair. I was greeted by Gary. since I had a new iPhone, it was best to be taken into Apple. He mentioned to me since if he opened it up, the warranty would not be valid. Then he said, let me try something without having to open it up.
