I was promised a $50 store credit when I signed up for my Rogers mobile plan and purchased accessories at the Eaton Centre location in November 2025. Despite multiple visits to the store (at least four) and two calls to the head office, the credit has still not been applied to my account. I was at Toronto airport yesterday to buy a SIM card. I received an amazing 5-star service from Mitali at Fido/ Rogers kiosk I definitely recommend their service and their polite helpful staff
