Horrible customer service and bad employees and manager! Customer service is a Joke! Phone was not responding to a charger, the repair tech said she could soder the charging port back together and it would be back to normal, picked up phone and the same issue, she didnt even test it or check to see if it even worked! Then replacement phone was ordered, after a week I called to check and see if it was in and they advised me of a back order, I was not advised of this to begin with!
