I was having some problems with my phone and they were able to get me up and running with a brand new phone. They even do a discount on acessories with a new phone and they are locally owned!

Wireless Concepts AT&T is an awesome store to try out. The staff is very friendly and will try and help you out as best as possible.

Went to this store to upgrade my account. First off they were very attentive, friendly, and very well educated with all of the phones and plans. Wireless Concepts is not corporate and treats their customers well. They also have a 30 return policy which is awesome! I highly recommend coming here for all your AT&T needs!

Be careful with this store. We were talked in to purchasing items (phone covers) that we were not sure about- salesperson told us that should we have issues with the covers within a year (with them coming apart, etc) that they would be replaced. Also, I wanted to wait because they did not have the color of the style of cover that would work for me. Again, I was talked into taking a color that I disliked until the others came in.
