Just needed my S-Pen tip replaced. I called to ensure they're capable of handling such task. They Claimed they would be able to replace the tip and or have the options of purchasing a complete new pen. Immediately after arriving and asking for the attempt to fix my S-Pen, they disregarded the request and went Immediately to trying to UP SALE me a new pen and other services. Once I declined the additional services and up-sale attempts, they offer order me a new pen and tips off Amazon. I drove 30 mins due to the confirmation ... read more
