If i could give this company zero stars I would. The owner is terribly rude an I don’t appreciate being hung up on. she called to tell me that my card didn’t go through when they have been taking out my WiFi payment 3 days earlier than the contract stated. Then proceeds to tell me that I need to turn my box off at night because AT&T will charge me for going over my unlimited data plan blah blah blah. Very bad company to deal with. They should not be in business they are the most unfriendly people, they lie, and they are just not good people. Told me that I had to upgrade equipment for over two hundred dollars and then I took the exact same device they said was not usable and went straight to the provider and it worked fine. They are crooks and they rip off all their customers the same.
Worst experience every, total ripoff. Claimed I needed a different device to use the "new lte service" hotspot, then sells me the exact same model unit as what I had for $250. Lost our payment info then finds it two months later and decided to charge us for service that we had already purchased directly from page plus. Don't waste your time or money with these people. Went through 3 boxes, had to pay a upgrade fee with the 2 newer myfi boxes and still had slow service. Even went with the upgraded 55 dollar plan 4 g lte myfi box.Was slower speed than the last box.
