I order 25 windows from them in June. Now is December, I haven't heard anything from them. I make a big mistake when I give them Deposit.Thought they are a good company.
Called for an estimate. Someone came out. Then next week still no estimate. Called them and their reply is “we aren’t going to quote that job.” Well that’s fine but would’ve been nice to know last week. Instead of your guy telling me oh I’ll grab some measurements and get you an estimate
Had new windows installed back in the summer. Installers done a great job. But that being said I have a screen that needs replacing. Called multiple times but no answer and no voice mail. I'd be a little sceptical doing business with this company. After reading some recent reviews looks like I got lucky with my install. Just worried about the warranty!
I ordered 25 windows from them in June, and now it is October, I haven't gotten it yet. I don't know when they're gonna come. bad service . They told me it's gonna be 6 to 7 weeks for the window to install ... There's an update. It's been almost 4 months and they told me. Is it gonna be installed in the end of septemberi been calling them? Nobody answered the phone. This is a bad company, bad experience. This is an update. Now is the middle of October. I have not received my 28 window.
This company is such a joke. Please do not give them any deposits. We ordered siding in June. Never heard from them again after giving them a deposit. No calls answered or even picked up. Tried calling the Birmingham office as well and nothing there either. I had to go down to the Dothan office (when it was still open) and walk around the building (because it was locked up).
