My kids were going to be new patient until one of the woman got rude thought it was funny that my GPS failed sharing it with other stuff !!! Oh funny yeah and couldn't find them not meaning the weather was so bad could see the road and traveling with 4 kids being 40 miles from home not knowing where nothing is in dothan no respect at all..
Some of the staff, and even Dr. Strunk, acts like they don't care about the patients or their wellbeing. I'm having to abruptly stop the medication that made life bearable because of a payment issue and can't get any amount of medication to hold me over until I pay them. If you don't have the money, they don't care about you. I get that health care is a for profit business around here, but at least pretending to care about your patients would be nice rather than treating us like an inconvenience.

Dr Strunk will listen to your problems and medications can be altered for the best outcomes. Not a pill pusher!
Dr. Strunk is an excellent doctor. Yes you may have to wait but that's because he has been patient and he takes his time with them and gives them a chance to talk and be heard. Some people call him a pill pusher he's no pill pusher he's a caring doctor and as for being put on medication by him he's the doctor he knows what's best for you for your child for your grandmother for your uncle your auntie. You do have to wait but its worth it to me and my kids. Dr strunk. Karina and Krista have been life savers for us.
