Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews. All you have to do is read the directions for drop off and be on time and everything will be super smooth. They took amazing care of my little bonded pair. One of the boys did have a little accident during pick up which is completely normal considering they had just been under and woke up in a carrier with no litter box. I wiped him down with a warm wash cloth when we got home and all was well. I am super thankful this resource is available.
Great people and a good experience. I had two male dogs neutered and it was a good experience.
