I just came down to visit from cc Texas and I have kidney problems it started bothering me really bad so I went to this hospital they were so kind at first they asked for my emergency contact and I gave them my boyfriends information. Then they asked what race he was and once they found out he was hispanic they started treating me horribly the nurse couldn’t even put the iv in right she put 5 different holes in my arm I looked down there was blood everywhere. This is the worst. Most nasty and lazy employees I have ever seen.would not recommend this hell hole to anyone
Failed to diagnose a broken elbow in the ER department!!! Which resulted in delay of care and now diminished use of arm!!! The doctor was fired since I was there! What kind of care do you think he was giving? The EMT was the only one that showed up to work. The male nurse was a jerk. Condescending. They totally misdiagnosed the fractured elbow!!! Wouldn’t take my dog there…
My husband went in today for outpatient surgery. We were in and out in three hours. I've waited longer than that at a doctor's office! The staff was warm and wonderful and made him very comfortable.
