Every single person that answers the phone has a attitude. You can never just pay your bill. By the time you have paid your bill you should be paid for doing the job someone was hired to do.
The “customer representative” that I spoke with had a NASTY attitude! So sad people don’t know how to talk to valued customers!
Beware‼️‼️‼️ 5 years ago we moved to a area that use Wiregrass Electric company and we never had any issues until today . Our lights got cut off due to non payment (totally forgot) I called rite after the disconnection to pay it and these folks wanted to charge us another $310 deposit plus (we paid $400 5 years ago)reconnection fee, and the past due bill. I've been living at my residence since 2016. Unfortunately sometimes people have bad luck and in that period of time I think I've had maybe four checks return and wire grass has banned beef and right checks for life. Never heard her such a thing to me. I think that's border line of discrimination
