This is such a great primary care office, a one-stop shop. I can see my provider, get my labs done, pick up my medications, and even get med spa treatments all in one place. I’ve also had trigger point injections here for pain relief, which helped a lot. Every time I discuss the necessary tests with the doctor, they are consistently disorganized and forgetful, constantly requiring patients to return week after week to repeat procedures that have already been performed. Furthermore, their patient portal is frequently inaccessible. When I requested the return of my physical medical reports, they demanded an additional payment of $75 to retrieve my personal records. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to spend your whole day waiting for the doc. After waiting for 45 minutes I asked how much longer and the doctor returned shortly saying “sorry I didn’t know we had VIP patients down here” I didnt expect VIP treatment just to be seen on time or updated when I would be seen. This is my 3rd time back today, my appointment was at 9:45 and I’m just finishing up now at 12. It was just a yearly physical so nothing that should have taken over 2 hours.
This place was amazing. The service was absolutely great. I felt comfortable when I first moved out here to Florida. I was looking for a primary care and I found an amazing team here and three years later. I’m still raving about it. Highly recommended.
Just avoid, please find another office to go to. Save yourself a headache. Billing codes incorrect, do not discuss procedures before performing, days if any to reply to portal and voice messages etc. I'm currently looking for a new PCP, any suggestions?
