I came for a physical that is covered by my medical plan and was charged $364 per visit for two visits on top what they charged me at the office This is criminal!! Never go to this Dr office ever. This was my first and last time using this office that commits fraud and over charges the patient
I want to start off by saying, I used to LOVE this office. But unfortunately as with many healthcare places now, they only care about financial gain and not their patients AT ALL. I understand we all need to make money to stay in business but I can’t even get them to schedule my annual physical and have called 10 times over the course of 2 months and sent 2 messages on the portal. Horrible customer service. They never answer your call, call you back, or even respond to a message on the portal. I had a bad reaction to a medication prescribed by them and called the office to talk to a nurse. They answered, forwarded me to the nurses line and kept forwarding me to voicemail even though I stated I was having a reaction. Afterwards they told me to continue the same medication and told me to double the dose of hydroxyzine before I drive a vehicle!
