I just made my first purchase with W4S. While I don’t doubt that everything I receive will be the best quality, right now I have to just speak to the amazing sales help/customer service. They guide you through what you need every step of the way. My salesperson, Justin Pudney, had so much patience as I had to go back-and-forth many times with my questions. Fantastic company. Every single thing about my interactions with Wired4Signs has been exceptional! We kind of knew what we wanted when we started out bathroom remodel but Justin was incredibly helpful and patient both on the phone and via email. He helped us design and choose all of the components for 7 different lighting scenarios in 2 bathrooms. When we started our shower renovation project we hadn’t planned on adding a light to the niche. Before it was too late, we had the idea to do it. But our tile guy would need it the very next day. We found wired4signs and contacted them right away. They answered all our questions and shipped exactly what we needed that day. It arrived within 24 hours. Electrical and tiling was seamless.
