We have been using Wired-Up Systems for over four years now. We started using them due to internet service issues with our provider. They were great to work with. The whole team is amazing. About two years ago we contacted them to install a security and home automation system. Again they came through with unbelievable service. They listened to my issues and concerns then came up with ideas and suggestions that I never thought about. Showed up a day early. Estimate was really excessive just to upgrade an existing system. Going with another company
For the past several months I have been getting my alarm notifications, but not receiving anything on my video feed. I have called, complained, and today I am being told it’s because I live in Slodona, aka Sedona, AZ. We have virtually no competition here for high speed internet, so I am stuck with Optimum, which is only slightly better than the SuddenLink they took over. If a company cannot properly deliver the best quality data in an area, why are they allowed to do business here?
Unresponsive. I had a security system installed in my small business. The system failed and a rep from the company came out and said the system was dead. I had another IT person review it and the system is fine however we cannot get anyone from the company to respond to requests to activate the system. Despite the fact that they have been paid in full a year in advance.
