Very unprofessional, when you call them out they say it’s a new number or company. If looking for an electrician’s I would never recommend this company. They don’t take well to letting them know when their drivers are putting other lives in danger. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
Mike came in at 7:30 am promptly after being called the night before. He restored power, knew exactly what the issues were, explained everything to me. He was professional, polite and efficient. I will use him again.
This guy (Mick) is an absolute joke. Had him come to our house in Westchester to perform some simple work related to a renovation. Installing plugs and recessed lights. He came on a Monday. Told us he would send us the proposal (which we needed for the permit to begin any work) by Friday. We waited all week holding up work. Friday comes and nothing. They never call you back!! Left about 3 messages on 3 different days, to no avail. If you need an electrician in the putnam,dutchess area, go with B.Dyson electric!!! They called me back the same day!!!
