Grant arrived to straighten out a DIY gone wrong. He installed an indoor in-wall digital timer for managing exterior house lights and did a great job troubleshooting, installing and cleaning up the job site in our main entryway. Office manager Jane was excellent keeping us informed of our technicians arrival time as the day progressed. We will not hesitate to contact Wired Goat for any and all future home needs. I called Aaron as he was referred by my plumber. After calling last minute, Aaron was kind enough to go above and beyond normal operating procedures to help me. Aaron went to his boss to ask to personally come to my home and help me. Knowing there is a company and a person willing to help when you need it the most - is worth more than gold. Thank you Aaron! I called Wired Goat Electric today to schedule an appointment for an electrician to fix my circuit breaker that was not working or re-setting. My breaker was hardwired into the box. Aaron answered my call and walked me through what to do for over 10 minutes (free of charge). I was feeling overwhelmed but he assured me I was capable (he even told me that) to fix the problem.
