The Wired Goat team did an AMAZING job helping us get our new office ready to move in on short notice! They were responsive, easy to talk to and schedule. Even made a special trip to help us non-electrical types find certain wires for our IT guy!!
I called Wired Goat Electric today to schedule an appointment for an electrician to fix my circuit breaker that was not working or re-setting. My breaker was hardwired into the box. Aaron answered my call and walked me through what to do for over 10 minutes (free of charge). I was feeling overwhelmed but he assured me I was capable (he even told me that) to fix the problem. Aaron called me back promptly and helped me diagnose the issue over the phone. With his knowledge and expertise, I was able to make the repair successfully. Even though he didn’t need to come out this time, I will definitely be calling the next time an issue arises. Excellent communication, and very kind as well!
