Edward and Ivan were hands down the best techs I have worked with. These guys took the time to listen then went above and beyond to find the fix and explained everything they were doing as they went. They were fast and informative. They found the root of our problems and got us working again! I went through 3 other companies none of which could solve the issue, these guys were on it! Highly recommended giving these guys a call if you need to be back up and running quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable.
The neutral wire in my outlet was loose which led to arcing and eventually caused this serious burn/melting of the outlet. I was lucky to catch it before it turned into a fire. I normally would've fixed this issue on my own, but noticed the left over wire was too short and I had many concerns as to how it even happened in the first place. Needed some electrical work done asap. Called 8 or 9 companies and nobody could show up for a few days. Called Wired Generation and they were at my house within 2 hours and completed a pretty tricky troubleshooting job and stuck around to make the repairs…finishing up at almost 8 pm. I hadn’t heard of this company before today but I will keep them in my contacts for any further electrical work I need in the future. Thanks to Ramos and Ivan for getting it done.
