My rental home needed a professional evaluation regarding CO2 and Fire alarms and some ceiling fans. Brady from Wired Electrical was booked for the job and my wife and I were very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism and how thorough he was. Not only did he do an excellent job, but he pointed out some serious safety hazards that we did not know about and he will be addressing that for us as well. We can't rave enough about Wired. Absolutely seamless service with top notch service and advice to guide us through the purchase and installation of a fast charger for our new vehicle. Asked for an estimate to upgrade from 100amp to 200amp. Owner came out and looked everything over and said "yes we can look after this and fix you right up and then I never heard back from them. A week and a half later I went down to their office and spoke to the receptionist in case I missed their email or phone call or something. That was a week ago and still no reply. Pretty useless customer service. Hopefully things slow down in CR and they go bankrupt cause there is no excuse for not at least giving me a call and saying... read more
