Shout out to Bryan Ratterman for being an absolute game changer to work with. He is highly competent, thoroughly understands the product, has excellent customer service skills... the list goes on and on. We have worked on dozens of projects together and he always handles my needs with professionalism and grace. 10/10 service. The man deserves a promotion.

Got 10 minutes to back in? Great. Got 4 hours to kill? Even better — you’ll need it. The entrance is tight like a pair of jeans from high school, so take it slow or you’ll be scraping mirrors. Once you’re in? Well, grab a chair, maybe write a novel, because these guys load like it’s a fine art. Three, maybe four hours later… you might be lucky. Pro tip: bring food, caffeine, and existential patience. They don’t rush. Time stands still here. Zen masters in hi-vis vests.

Be prepared to stand in the gate and wait an hour or longer to be checked in then you’ll be waiting another 2/3 hours to be unloaded. Everyone will ride by on there little forklift and ignore you “cause it’s not their job”
