The team at Wire have been wonderful to deal with. I recently rented a home through them and in my time I found them to be highly responsive, courteous and professional. All rental inspections were conducted under correct procedures- I was given plenty of notice and their visits were discreet. As a home owner I would certainly enlist their services should I ever decide to rent my home out.
Wire should stick to sales!!! Benita is scared of tenants and will not stand up to them on the landlord’s behalf when it’s clearly a breachable action by the tenants. Delayed dealing with serious issues, until we had to step in and then she wanted to cancel the property management agreement so we did. Handover to another agency resulted in a very poor paper trail and refused to provide to us documentation we are entitled to as landlords even after two requests in writing and one verbally. Benita made promises she was unable to deliver. This has left us in a thorny situation with our rental and the other estate agent. She made prior suggestions that the other estate agent was underperforming and that they are better. Adding that clients were moving over to Wire. She was very convincing, clearly a salesperson. Good luck in replacing your rental property manager as you have said she has left your agency. For broken promises and lack of integrity, I would not recommend.

We had our house in Kleinton, rented through Wire. I wouldn't recommend. Our tenants painted (very poorly) 3 rooms, removed wall paper and our property manager didn't notice! It wasn't until I noticed from the photos in the inspection report. Communication wasn't great and when I was asked why we weren't going to sell the property through Wire, I provided honest feedback.
