Couldn't recommend Benita highly enough. She was very professional, and made the job of selling my unit effortless. Benita was on top of everything and her communication was faultless. Her knowledge in the industry proved to be priceless. I couldn’t have asked for a more involved agent who really cares.
I have never given a bad rating before but I had no choice to warn people. There are plenty of great agents out there so keep looking! Benita never answers her phone and promises were not kept. It worries me, that in this market, a property can't be sold within 90 days, but I guess if you don't take enquires, it makes sense.
The team at Wire have been wonderful to deal with. I recently rented a home through them and in my time I found them to be highly responsive, courteous and professional. All rental inspections were conducted under correct procedures- I was given plenty of notice and their visits were discreet. As a home owner I would certainly enlist their services should I ever decide to rent my home out.
