Arrived 8:05am to unload, Left 11:30am overall it was ok
I wanted to provide an update regarding my previous review. I arrived at the same time as another truck, and since only one dock was operational, there was a bit of wait. While backing up was a bit difficult, it was doable. The individual who loaded my truck seemed to be new, but he did a good job. He was cautious to ensure the correct product and quantity were loaded, asked helpful questions, and made sure not to overload the truck. Given the circumstances, the total time in and out was reasonable.
The worst mistake of my life was trusting that their products are good 0 recommendations

loved picking up here. Doug, who handles shipping and receiving knew how to talk to me and explained what he needed from me for a quick easy load. (I drive a 53' flatbed) got me in, started loading, loaded quickly and got me out. I was in and out in less than 3 hrs... to include loading (great fast job, me securing and tarping. (I'm not quick)).
