We live in Brisbane and chose to buy our new Subaru Forester from Whippells Subaru in Toowoomba. We were fortunate enough to deal with Greg Hardy, the Sales Manager, from our first contact. He was exceptionally helpful and the handover was thoughtful and all inclusive. We will return in one month for our Subaru's health check when there wiill be an opportunity to ask any questions we might have. So, all in all, buying our new Subaru from Whippells Toowoomba has been a great experience. Thank you, Greg!

Like to give a big shout to Damien at Service and parts section, went in there for a simple question, and he said to me no such a thing as silly it',s good to always ask, took time to explain to me even a simplest questuon in such a detail and giving me piece of mind so i wouldn't stress while im driving a long distance, information was very helpful and gave me piece of mind when im behind the wheel, at the end of the day there is no such silly question it's all about feeling safe, thank you Damien for going above and beyond... read more
