We have purchased 9 new Mazda's in the past 10 years from Wippells Autos Toowoomba and have always found them fantastic to deal with, especially Scott Doyle who has helmed every single trade in and car purchase for us. Waited 4 months for new towbar, no one could advise when delivery would happen until I spoke to Parts Manager Nick who was excellent. Had bar fitted on Monday 14/7 along with request to have warranty work carried out. Warranty work was second attempt but got the normal blah blah about time and other issues affecting workshop. Spoke to adviser and advised that I travelled 400k down to have work done and would not be down again till December.
