After my experience today, I had to leave a review. I just can't thank these guys enough, especially Jordan, he is always so very helpful, understanding and nice. Today, my experience from Wippells, to Mazda Roadside Assist to RACQ was just amazing, especially when I had a slight panic attack with my car Thank you so much for your continuous amazing customer service ☺️
I have left it 24 hours to complete a review of Wippel’s Auto. My advice is ‘Caveat Emptor’. Their business model requires their staff to put Monsieur Thénardier to shame. I liked the staff very much. Amber and Jason are the public facing of what Wippel’s does to their customers. I wish them well, we will not be returning.
Crosstrek 30k service for $471 on 11/6/26. Software updated. Get halfway home and all eyesight lost plus RAB. Notify Wippells on the same day (we will fix at our convenience), send an email on 15/6/26. No response to email. I can fit in with Wippells (wait 3-4 hrs to get it fixed), plus a 150k trip there and back for Wippells incompetence. Not likely. They don't own their problems. My experience with Jacques at Wippels, Toowoomba was a very positive experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and he complied with that request rather than trying to talk me out of it as other dealers have done in the past. Jacques acted very professionally, was very courteous, friendly, and very helpful. He also kept me updated through the whole process.
