I have tried to get good service for 2 years with this firm and have received terrible service. Bookkeeping that was supposed to be done monthly turned into 6-9 months after multiple phone calls. No monthly report for previous month activity as promised. Had to fight tooth and nail to get taxes completed for 2019, still haven't heard a peep about 2020.
