Great customer service from start to finish. The carpets went from gross to great. They dried in about 24 hours, as promised. I would absolutely recommend using them. The whole experience was quick, easy, very reasonably priced, high quality, and with friendly people. . Will definitely use them if future carpet or upholstery cleaning is needed. Thank you. First of all to clarify I did not use their service. If the professionalism of their drivers is anything how this place does business I would stay away like the plague. The driver ran a red and stopped in time from me hitting them who had a green. He than proceeded to give me the middle finger and mouth some very unkind words. He than proceeds to go at a high speed tail gaiting me in city traffic and giving me the finger. not sure how fast he wants me to go with cars in front of me.
