One of the worst attorney interactions I’ve ever had. The woman who called me back wasn’t just rude, she shut down every point I raised with answers that were flat-out wrong under Florida law. It felt like she hadn’t actually read a trust statute in years. These are the worst kind of lawyers they over promised, over charged and under delivered. it was an awful experience during a difficult time. I engaged Wintter Law to settle a small estate for my deceased sister. The total assets involved amounted to approximately $100,000.00 of which about $90,000.00 came from the sale of her condominium.
