RecommendedJen was the best! I called multiple mortgage agents and nobody could give me a straight forward answer except for JEN! Easy to work with and very transparent, I'd highly recommend her!
They don’t allow you to pay extra each month. Instead, they hold and apply it to your next payment. They want you to be debt slaves as long as possible. Wintrust, prove me wrong.
Update: officially half way through February and we’ve located the check! Problem now is they don’t know when or how to disperse the check to me! Are you kidding me!!!!!! This company basically stole my escrow, “held onto it”, and now that we know where it is they won’t give it to me!! Ridiculous since the new loan closed in October!!! wintrust has been supposed to send me back my escrow account in the amount of only $1,600 for two months now every time we've contacted them the check is in the mail we've never received it we keep calling and trying to get through to people and we get the same story do this do that all of which we've done and still we can't get our money yet they want their payments which they're not paying us has caused us to get behind
