I received a marketing thing in the mail, so I called up to ask to be removed from the mailing list. They took my name and address, put me on hold, then hung up on me after about 3 minutes
Our agent Eva was awesome, so welcoming and explained things very clearly and set my boyfriend and I with an awesome account. Would definitely recommend this place to choose as a bank. Also called and after getting a person to answer, after calling around and getting no where we were happy to find a place accommodating.
Wintrust is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. I have a mortgage through them and they make you change your password every three months. There is no way I would ever do business with Wintrust again. It's so frustrating.
