Remitted a Zelle payment via the Wintrust banking app that allegedly got stuck in translation (but debited from my account on June 5th 2026). After visiting a branch on June 8th, I was told there’d be a 40 minute wait for the branch to look into the matter, then handed the number to digital support on a Post It. A BBB complaint has been filed against the business on June 9th 2026.
