Please consider another property. I experienced many issues during my 8 months at this high-rise complex. The landlords rented me a 1-bedroom unit. I asked prior to moving in about control of my own heating/cool for the unit and was told during the tour with the leasing agent Michele Evans by one of the co-owners Julie Woeste that I could control my own heat/cool with the unit thermostat. Nice lobby and amenities High monthly HOA fees
Great views on the northeastern side of the building and attractive mid century design, but dogs are not allowed at the rooftop deck was eliminated over 40 years ago.
I grew up nearby on Edgewater Drive in Lakewood and moved to New York in 1997. We moved back to Lakewood 15 years ago, and Gold Coast living is the best. Winton Place is the best of Gold Coast living.
