Great views on the northeastern side of the building and attractive mid century design, but dogs are not allowed at the rooftop deck was eliminated over 40 years ago.
I grew up nearby on Edgewater Drive in Lakewood and moved to New York in 1997. We moved back to Lakewood 15 years ago, and Gold Coast living is the best. Winton Place is the best of Gold Coast living.

Was delivering a package and the older guy with grey hair and grey beard with glasses at the desk said he would take it up to the resisdent and when I asked him to sign he told us to just sign his initials which is illegal and when I told him I legally cant do that and that he stated he "wasnt going to touch the phone" and refused to sign it so i told him then i cannot leave the package with him of he refuses to sign it beceuse that would go against company policy and pretty sure thats super illegal as well and he then repli... read more
