It was a terrible experience. I brought my children in for their physicals—having booked the appointments back in February (it’s June 9th now)—only to find that the appointments weren't in the system when I checked in, so they weren't seen. I can't be mad at the receptionist on duty today because she was actually very kind, but someone is definitely not doing their job, and that is frustrating!
Skip this dental office and find a better one. These were the problems I faced: -the dentist laughed at me and mocked me while discussing my exams -a dental assistant spoke to me in a rude, condescending tone of voice when I asked if they were going to fax my referral -receptionist asked me to give her my private medical information in the lobby When I called the manager to tell her about my experience, the manager did this: -defended her office procedure and said it's best practice to ask for private medical information in ... read more
This clinic is the worse ever, they're a joke, scheduled a physical months ago and they call to cancel with no other options but to wait 2 more months, phone line wait is up to 13 mins then you get cut off.
First time coming here for a dental visit & Dr. Sharma was one of the most friendliest and caring dentist I have ever been to. You can tell she loves her job and has a passion for helping people. Very friendly staff and very friendly dental assistant Brenda. Thank you guys! So glad I decided to come here!
