This complex need new management that will understand that when private property is sold to new owners, the new owners have no information on old tenants who moved years prior to the new owners taking possession. All you hear is that she cannot control the government which has nothing to do with property that was sold to private owners years before. Extremely disappointed with the customer service.

This complex is by far the BEST in the city of Rochester! It is the cleanest, friendliest and has the most caring staff. I love it here and am so happy I found it. The staff really takes pride in how things look and how things are run. Everyone is so friendly. It is right on the bus line and has so many banks, shops and restauraunts within walking distance. I also love that it is located in a residential part of the city. I plan on staying here for a very long time!!!! You won't be disappointed in Cedarwood!
wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Staff is attentive and caring...complex is close to all shopping and also on bus line! Their courtyard is stunning-feels like home here, and i LOVE it!
