poor doesn't even begin to describe my experience with alix. she didn't include all of the debts that i asked her to (which she had claimed were taken care of) she doesn't return phone calls or e-mails in a timely manner. she has no consideration for her client - she just wants paid. i have called her office, sent her e-mails asked her receptionists to leave paper notes and i have even stopped by her office to leave notes - i still have not had any communication back from her in over three weeks. absolute biggest waste of my... read more
