Dr. Sherrie Crow was amazing! Our super active dog injured her back and was acting scarily abnormal - shaking/tremors, squealing when touched, hiding in the bathroom, etc. Dr. Crowe called us back immediately on a weekend evening and helped us assess the situation. We then chose to come in the next day … and received the same quality care. Plus, our dog who is wary of vets … absolutely loved her!
Based on the short interaction with this vet it is clear that they care more about your pets care then getting paid. I was visiting from out of town for a camping trip and my dog had an allergic reaction. I called this vet and left a VM. Dr. Pastore called within 10 minutes and gave me consultation. Even after asking for an invoice for their services they still didn't want to charge me. Very clear that they will prioritize your pet and not try to nickel and dime you. Very grateful!
We were visiting Mazama for a week when our geriatric dog tumbled off the porch and had noticeable issues standing and walking. We headed to the first vet office we could find and they took us as a walk in (which they don't usually do). Dr Sherrie and her staff were amazing. They took care of our little guy, were thorough in their exam and got us back home quickly. We're very thankful for everything they did!! I would recommend this office to anyone based on our experience and their caring and thoughtful manner.
Due to a cancellation by another patient, I was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Pastore after my dog became ill during a camping trip to Winthrop. Upon arriving at the clinic I was greeted warmly by Kerstin, and Rachael was very understanding and compassionate during the initial intake examination. Wish i could give 5 stars because staff was really friendly and helpful but i took my kitty in and told them what was wrong, and they must not have listened to me because when i got her back she died a day and a half later from the same problem i took her in for.
